OSLO,  October 3,  2012 – A new report issued by analyst firm Gartner, titled “Market Trends: Advanced Threat Protection Appliances, Worldwide, 2012,” lists Norman Shark as a top ten “Vendor to Watch” and describes the company’s industry-leading Network Threat Discovery and Malware Analyzer G2 (MAG2) solutions.

It continues, “Government and financial sectors are leading early adoption in this market … likely supported by the regulatory mandates for security technologies and controls within these entities.”  The report is authored by Lawrence Pingree, Gartner Research Director.
