Stein Surlien Mr. Surlien joined Norman ASA as the Chief Executive Officer and President in December 2011. Previously Mr. Surlien served as a Senior Vice President for EMEA at Oracle Corporation and managed Oracle Norway as the Country Managing Director . Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Surlien served as the Managing Director of Santech Micro Group in Norway. From 1983 to 1996, he worked for Hewlett-Packard in various sales and country management functions in Norway and Sweden, most recently as Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Sweden. Mr. Surlien serves as Chairman of the Board of Norman Safeground and Chief Executive Officer of Norman Shark AS since January 2013 . He is an Independent Director of Kezzler AS and serves as an Advisor at FSN Capital Partners AS. Mr. Surlien holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Cum.Laude, from the University of Utah, and further education from the London Business School “Global Business Consortium“, Harvard University “Executive Education“, Solstrand Management Institute and IFL Institute of Finance. |

Christophe Birkeland Dr. Birkeland holds a PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1997. Prior to joining Norman ASA in August of 2011, he worked as Director of NorCERT and Acting Deputy Director General for the Norwegian National Security Authority. He has also worked as researcher and project manager in the Norwegian Intelligence Service. He was the initiator of, and launched the Norwegian Warning System for Digital Infrastructure (VDI) in 2000, and the Norwegian national CERT (NorCERT) in 2006 |

Einar Oftedal Einar Oftedal is deputy CTO and Vice President of Advanced Malware Defense in R&D. Prior to joining Norman, Einar worked as Head of the Incident Handling Section at NorCERT, a division of The Norwegian National Security Authority. He began his career in the operational security field as a network engineer for NetPower International in 1998. Einar has also been involved with The Honeynet Project, a non-profit security research group, for 10 years. |

Torjus Gylstorff Torjus joined Norman in June 2010 and has served as Vice President of Global Sales since July 2011. From 2004 – 2010 Torjus held various sales and leadership positions in IBM. He served among others as Client Executive, Country Manager, Director of Business Partners, and Sales Director in the Nordic Software organization |

Kellyn Bartlett Ms. Bartlett joined Norman in October 2012 and has served as vice president of marketing for NormanShark since March 2013. Prior to joining Norman, Ms. Bartlett served as Marketing Director and Director of Channel Marketing for EdgeWave and previously held marketing management positions with Intuit and Intel’s Network Equipment Division. Ms. Bartlett holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. |

Patrik Runald Mr. Runald joined Norman as the Vice President of Engineering, US in April 2013. Runald has been in the security industry for more than 15 years, working with malware and related threats throughout his career. From 2009 – 2012 he served as Director of Security Research at Websense, Inc. Prior to Websense he served as Chief Security Advisor for F-Secure from 2008-2009, and spent 10 years working directly with evolving threats and breaking exploits at F-Secure’s operations in Sweden, the UK, Nordics and Malaysia. Mr. Runald holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from IHM Business School in Stockholm Sweden. |
