**Comic Con Rate: $4495/week, sickness 1 week rental minimum
Rental Fee due 45** days prior to Arrival Date.
Deposit required: $750.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit due at time of booking. Deposit returned within two weeks of departure.
* plus TOT tax of 11.05% and cleaning fee of $175
** Rental Fee is due 60 days prior to Arrival Date for arrivals from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and for holidays. If deadline for payment has already passed upon booking, the Rental Fee is due upon booking.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if cancellation notice is received by Owner at least 45 days prior to the Arrival Date, or 60 days prior for summer season or holidays (the "Cancellation Deadline"). If the cancellation notice is received by Owner after the Cancellation Deadline, the Deposit shall be forfeited and all or a portion of the Rental Fee shall also be forfeited unless Owner is able to find another Guest to rent the Premises for the same time period and at the same Rental Fee.
