I love them in my water, on my oatmeal, in a cracker, or on my salad. Chia seeds are pretty much great for anything, and I will be sharing one of my favorite recipes, Lemon Dill Chia Dressing.<\/p>\n<p><u>INGREDIENTS:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tsp. Sriracha<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shopmammachia.com\/collections\/chia-seeds\">Mamma Chia organic Chia Seeds<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 organic Lemons<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. organic Apple Cider Vinegar<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp. fresh, organic Dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>DIRECTIONS:<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First, juice 4 Lemons.<\/li>\n<li>Then mix the lemon juice with 3 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tsp. of Sriracha to the mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tbsp. of Mamma Chia\u2019s Organic Chia Seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Let sit over night, covered, in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>The next day add 4 tbsp. of fresh, chopped Dill.<\/li>\n<li>Serve or toss dressing with a salad.
