Don&#8217;t you agree?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">For your holiday gathering you have to pull out all the stops, ring those bells and deck those halls!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">This is why I love to make an amazing Christmas Morning Brunch! This year I&#8217;m making\u00a0two versions of my famous overnight French toast bake. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">One will be a paleo version, as many of us in my family are Paleo\/Primal, and of course the traditional version, as well.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Hot apple cider and bottomless mimosas shall flow freely&#8230; especially the mimosas. Definitely the mimosas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Wait. What was I talking about ?! Oh right, the Brunch!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">One of my favorite egg dishes is a frittata. But when you have several hungry family members to feed, I love changing it up a bit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">I make the mix but add it to muffin tins instead! I actually double, sometimes even triple the recipe for my Mamma Chia Seed Frittata. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">The best part about baking the recipe in muffin tins are all the left overs. Add remaining ingredients; mix well to combine.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">Prepare a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray. Pour egg mixture evenly into cups.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
