{"id":2736,"date":"2014-04-23T11:32:08","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T18:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.3lectrik.com\/greenwave\/?p=2736"},"modified":"2014-04-23T11:32:19","modified_gmt":"2014-04-23T18:32:19","slug":"e-on-partners-with-greenwave-reality-on-smart-homes-in-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.3lectrik.com\/greenwave\/e-on-partners-with-greenwave-reality-on-smart-homes-in-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"E.ON partners with GreenWave Reality on smart homes in Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Published: January 6, 2014 (to read original article,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.power-eng.com\/articles\/2014\/01\/e-on-partners-with-greenwave-reality-on-smart-homes-in-europe.html\">Click here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Reality extended its partnership with E.On SE, one of the world&#8217;s largest investor-owned power and gas companies, to deliver smart home services across Europe and help residences achieve more comfort, security, and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The expanded partnership allows E.On SE to license GreenWave technology, including hardware, software and GreenWave hosting and cloud services, and gain a smart home infrastructure to drive development of a wide range of consumer-facing energy management applications including solar energy, home automation and connected lighting.<\/p>\n<p>The management capabilities in the GreenWave platform, such as self-healing, help to reduce costs to deploy and manage the new services, improving customer adoption and increasing profitability.<\/p>\n<p>The two companies will work jointly with E.On&#8217;s regional units across Europe for their local market knowledge and expertise to develop and test commercial off-the-shelf products, which will be deployed and managed in the home through the E.On branded Smart Home platform.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Published: January 6, 2014 (to read original article,\u00a0Click here).
