San Diego, CA (April 20, 2016)\u2014San Diego-headquartered architecture firm Delawie recently announced the promotion of two professionals, which became effective as of Q1, 2016.\u00a0 The announcement was made after a comprehensive review of Delawie\u2019s in-house talent.<\/p>\n

Greg McClure, Associate, Promoted to Senior Associate
\n<\/strong>Greg first considered himself an architect while taking an architectural drafting class in the 11th grade\u2014he often found himself drawing houses in lieu of homework assignments. He envisions this promotion as a means to mentor and further develop Delawie\u2019s team of rising architectural professionals. Greg\u2019s advancement in the firm has opened up marketing and business development avenues to connect professionally and personally with industry leaders.<\/p>\n

Greg joined Delawie in 2004 as a project architect and was promoted to Associate in 2013. His 18 years of experience has principally focused on large scale commercial projects including five buildings for Qualcomm\u2019s San Diego headquarters. Greg is a licensed architect in California and North Carolina in addition to being a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Greg\u2019s strong leadership and broad architectural knowledge have made him an invaluable asset to Delawie. The Senior Associate role is reserved specifically for individuals who will be moving into an ownership role in the near future.<\/p>\n

Randall Dolph, Associate, Promoted to Director of Technical Services
\n<\/strong>In Randall\u2019s new position as Director of Technical Services, he will impart his technical expertise and spearhead a more formalized knowledge management program at Delawie\u2014one that further explores the technical process including specifications, codes, accessibility, building product research, detailing and the ever-changing building technology.<\/p>\n

Randall Dolph joined Delawie in 2001 as a project manager and was promoted to Associate in 2004. His 30 years of architectural practice is diversified yet maintains a strong technical focus. He is a licensed architect in California and Illinois and a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Randall\u2019s deference for Delawie\u2019s history coupled with his expertise in technical architectural services are highly-valued and worthy of advancement.<\/p>\n
