Delawie\u00a0values their people and has cultivated a great office culture with a bi-weekly breakfast club, monthly lunch seminars, a lunchtime run club and study groups for those interested in pursuing licensure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CURRENT OPENINGS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BIM and Technology in Practice Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with BIM technologies and Revit required.<\/li>\n<li>3-8 years of experience completing design and construction documents for hospitality, commercial, educational, medical and\/or corporate projects in an architectural or construction firm.<\/li>\n<li>SketchUp modeling, MS Office and preparation of presentation materials is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills<\/li>\n<li>Architectural Degree recommended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide BIM and Technology management (with a focus on Revit) for the firm\u2019s design projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist teams with project startup, workflow and coordination strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate new BIM technology for adoption and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Investigate related technologies that would benefit the firm in areas such as production, client presentations, office project management and project acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Review all office projects to ensure that office-wide Revit documentation administration, especially naming conventions, office standards, and work sets composition are being followed and that warnings and clashes are being resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to trouble-shoot issues and perform the necessary research and exploration to develop BIM solutions that respond to the specific demands of a project<\/li>\n<li>Overall Revit file management, project file backup and model maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The candidate should be able to communicate well with consultants, clients and other business associates as well as in-house team members.
